OPEN RIDE DETAILS: Fly South for the Winter! Date: Sunday, October 25th Meet Time: 9:20am and we roll out @ 9:45ish Meet Location: The Chevron @ Tramway & Central - 13300 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123 Destination: As far as Chilili Ride Distance: Approx 80 quick and fun miles round trip Map: tinyurl.com/yjdt5gtThis is one of the most awesome rides in the area. Our leave time will allow for a stop along the way at the Chamillion Cafe for a breakfast buffet which ends at noon. Then we can move down the road just a bit for some antique shopping and or some old time photos of ourselves at the Olde Tyme Ice Cream shop. Finally, those who choose, can kick back at the notorious Ponderosa Bar and Grill. To top it off, the town of Chillil is just a stones throw away where one can find the Tin Graveyard - if you dare! This ride has lots of scenic views and fun stuff along the way. It goes pretty quick. Come join the fun. 150cc+ recommended. If the weather is particularly crappy an alternate route may occur. Don't forget!:- Gas! - Your Camera! - Sunblock! - Dress warm! It's fall you know and this ride is in the mountains. This ride is recommended to all scooters 150cc and larger. So, no matter what you ride from Modern & Vintage Vespas, Piaggios, Hondas, Yamahas, Stellas, Lambrettas, PGO, Genuine Scooters, Kymcos, Bajaj, Sym scooters! Come and join the ride!! Just some quick updates with a minor change in in the itinerary: Chamillion Cafe only serves a buffet once a month and it was last Sunday. No biggie. They will serve breakfast burritos and muffins that sort of thing. But... The Ponderosa starts serving a full breakfast at 9am and at 11am they move to a lunch/dinner type menu. The food there is know to be excellent.
As stated earlier, the weather is looking really great. Hope to see you there. Be prepared.
Oh, and you might want to bring a few extra dimes if you want any olde tyme photo sessions at the ice cream shop. Group photo anyone?

Hi Everyone Boo Hooo! My Bike is ready but MVD and the state won't give the green light for the registration. The Dealer has not sent me all the paper work Can't do anything, till the paperwork is done Than still have to pay state tax and etc. You won't believe the difficulties I 'am going through Good Luck and Happy riding Don't wait for me Thanks

Good luck. I haven't heard of anyone who ordered a bike online and didn't have problems waiting for registration, getting the correct paperwork from the dealer, etc... You'll get it on the road eventually, but I guess waiting is required. Hi Everyone Boo Hooo! My Bike is ready but MVD and the state won't give the green light for the registration.
