MONTHLY OPEN RIDE:



Date: Sunday April 25th
Meet Time: 11:30am and we roll out @ 12pm
Meet Location: Satellite Coffee @ 2300 Central Ave SE, Albuquerque, NM 87106
Picnic Location: Roosevelt Park, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87106
Final Destination: Break off from Roosevelt Park to Il Vicino Tap Room for handcrafted Lager, Ales and Root Beer

All scooter riders are invited to attend our monthly ride; we will meet up Sunday at Satellite Coffee on Harvard & Central for a brief howdy hi! We will roll out for a ride around town including a stop at the Airport viewing area then on to Roosevelt Park for a picnic lunch and hangout! As the park is also a Disc Golf course – bring your discs for a round or two! We will break off from the park so plan to stay after lunch or you can roll out after!

This ride is 50cc friendly but some routes may have speed limits of 40mph so please be prepared for the occasional jaunts of at least 40mph!

Don't forget!:

- A full tank of Gas!
- Your picnic gear and food!
- Your Frisbee or Golf Discs!
- Sunblock! (never hurts!!)

50cc Scooters of any make, model or age, be them vintage rides or modern twist-n-go’s (Vespa, Piaggio, Cushman, Honda, Yamaha, Stella, Lambretta, PGO, Genuine, Jawa, KYMCO, Bajaj, SYM, Fly, Suzuki, Schwinn, Baron etc…) mopeds and motorcyclists cool enough to ride with scooters are always welcome on the ride!

I'm very bummed to miss this, Jess and I will be out of town visiting family.

As a suggestion when we picnic, I often stop in over at Keller's Farm Stores. They pack an awesome made or order deli sandwich and side salad of your choice. They have not once forgotten to pack a napkin, fork & side pickle. Also a great packed sandwich place if you have not had an opportunity to try it out yet, is right behind Satellite Coffee called "Which Which".

We had a great ride today but sadly the airport viewing area was closed with what look like renovations (?) the picnic at the park was awesome!!!

Also - Tammy it was great to meet you and your daughter!
