I was in Moto Authority today, they are in the same strip mall as Scooter Roo and the owner informed me they are having and open night get together also on April 4th 5-?. I think he said food, a band and family friendly get together. I told him about The Duke City Scooter club and he would love to see us at this outing.

I will be there. Do we want to meet anywhere before hand or just show up at the event?
I work the first one so I may just show up for the first hour, then take off. I may call into work but we'll see how it goes.

Will we be doing the 4/11 event as well for this? If so, I will be sure to take off of work. I just didn't have enough notice to do so this time around. Having to leave early for work sucks

Heck, yeah! We've got to support these guys so that they'll keep doing it . . . plus the scooting is pretty good, too (ha-ha.) Seriously, I know Richard and I are planning to go to all of them and the weather should be a lot nicer in April (I hope!)

I don't think this will be much of an issue considering our ride taking place the same day, but if you weren't considering going to Scooter Nights, you may want to think about it.
If there isn't a good turn out for the event, there won't be another one. An employee from R&S that is involved with the Bike and Scooter Night events said if there isn't a fair amount of folks that show up, it will be the last. With free cookies, coffee, and raffles, you really can't go wrong.
I encourage everyone to go to support these events and ensure they keep happening and companies do things for the scooter community!
